Delivery and Returns

This page explains the delivery and refund terms for e-books sold by Verta Mali Danışmanlık ve Denetim A.Ş. on vertadanismanlik.com.tr. The products sold are electronic books in PDF format only; no physical item is shipped.

Delivery

• The e-book is delivered immediately after iyzico confirms your payment.
• The download link is shown on the payment result screen and sent to the e-mail address you gave in the order form. The e-mail also contains your order summary, the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
• Delivery is free of charge; there are no shipping or similar costs.
• Your name, e-mail address and order number are printed at the bottom of every page of the downloaded file. This does not prevent you from reading or printing it.

Download period and number of downloads

The download link can be used for the period and number of downloads stated in the terms of sale. The expiry of the link and your remaining downloads are stated in the order e-mail. We recommend downloading the e-book within this period and keeping it on your own device.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods delivered instantly by electronic means. Because the e-book is delivered immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for e-book purchases, and refunds cannot be made for reasons such as "I did not like it". You are asked to confirm this separately in the order form.

Technical problems and defective files

Contact us, quoting your order number, in the following cases:

• The order e-mail did not arrive (please also check your spam folder) or you entered a wrong e-mail address: after verifying that the order is yours, we resend the link free of charge.
• The link does not work for a reason on our side, or your downloads were used up because of a technical error: we fix the problem and, where necessary, renew the download period and number of downloads.
• The file is corrupt, incomplete or cannot be opened, or does not match the characteristics stated on the product page: you may use your rights of choice under Article 11 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. At your choice, we deliver a defect-free file free of charge through a new link or refund the amount you paid.

If you cannot open the file, please first try an up-to-date PDF reader (for example your web browser's PDF viewer or Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Refunds

Where a refund is due (for example withdrawal from the contract because of a defective file, failed delivery or an incorrect charge), the amount is refunded in a single transaction to the card you paid with, through iyzico, at no cost to you. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card account depends on your card issuer; for instalment payments the refund may be applied to your instalments according to your bank's practice.
