This Preliminary Information Form is provided to you under Article 48 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) before you confirm your order and become obliged to pay. It forms an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement; unless the parties expressly agree otherwise, this information cannot be changed.

The sale is made directly through the Seller's own website; no intermediary service provider (marketplace) is involved. Payment is collected through the licensed payment institution iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (iyzico).
2. Contact and complaints
For questions about your order, delivery or invoice, or to make a complaint, you can reach the Seller by the telephone number or e-mail address above, or in writing at the address above. There is no separate channel for complaints. Quoting your order number helps us resolve your request quickly. The Seller reviews complaints and replies in writing or by e-mail; where a complaint is justified, the remedies described in sections 7 and 9 below apply.

Information on the content and characteristics of the e-book is given on its product page on the website. No printed book or other physical item is shipped.

Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY). For a single payment, nothing is charged beyond the total price above. If instalments are offered and you choose to pay in instalments, any instalment charge and the total amount you will pay are shown separately on the iyzico payment page before you confirm the payment. If your card is in a currency other than TRY, exchange rates and fees applied by your card issuer are outside the Seller's control.
No means of distance communication other than the internet is used to place the order; there is no communication cost beyond your normal internet access charges.
6. Payment
After you confirm the order you are redirected to the secure iyzico payment page, where you pay with the payment methods iyzico accepts on that page, such as credit and debit cards. Your card details are processed only by iyzico; the Seller does not see or store them. Your order becomes final when iyzico confirms that the payment was successful.
Confirming the order means that you are obliged to pay.
7. Delivery and performance
The e-book is delivered electronically immediately after the payment is confirmed:
- The download link is shown on the payment result screen.
- The same link is e-mailed to ……………, together with an order summary and a copy of this form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
- The download link can be used for the period and number of downloads stated in the terms of sale; the expiry and number of downloads are also stated in the order e-mail.
There are no geographical delivery restrictions; the e-book can be downloaded anywhere with internet access. If the e-book cannot be delivered or the link does not work because of a technical problem, tell the Seller and the Seller will fix the problem and deliver the e-book again free of charge. If the Seller does not perform within the promised time, you may terminate the agreement; the amount you paid is then refunded within fourteen days of your notice of termination reaching the Seller, in accordance with Article 16 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
8. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for this agreement. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts concerning intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly by electronic means. Because the e-book can be downloaded immediately after the payment is confirmed, your order falls within this exception.
In the order form you are asked to confirm separately that the e-book is delivered immediately after payment and that you therefore have no right of withdrawal. The order cannot be completed without this confirmation.
The absence of a right of withdrawal does not affect your rights under Law No. 6502 if the e-book is defective (see section 9).
9. Defective performance
If the e-book file is corrupt, incomplete, cannot be opened or does not match the characteristics stated on the product page, you can notify the Seller. You may then use your rights of choice under Article 11 of Law No. 6502; the Seller will first offer to deliver a defect-free file free of charge through a new download link and, where this is not possible or you choose to withdraw from the contract on that ground, to refund the amount you paid. The Seller bears the burden of proving that intangible goods delivered electronically were free of defects (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 20(3)).
10. Technical protection measures and compatibility
Technical protection measures: The e-book has no encryption or copy protection (DRM). The Buyer's name, e-mail address and order number are printed at the bottom of every page of the downloaded file, and the order number is added to the document properties. This personalisation does not prevent you from reading or printing the file or moving it between your own devices for personal use. The limited validity and number of downloads of the download link is also a technical protection measure.
Hardware and software compatibility: To download the e-book you need an internet connection and a valid e-mail address; to read it you need software that opens PDF files (for example the built-in PDF viewer of an up-to-date web browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader, macOS Preview or the PDF viewer of a mobile device). Your device needs enough free space to store the file.
11. Deposits and guarantees
No deposit or financial guarantee is required from the Buyer.
12. Conclusion and storage of the agreement, input errors
- The agreement is concluded electronically when you accept the preliminary information and the agreement in the order form, place the order and your payment is confirmed.
- Before placing the order you can check and correct your details in the form; on the payment page you can check the amount and your card details before confirming the payment.
- The Seller stores this form and the agreement and sends them to you with the order e-mail. You can also ask the Seller for a copy by e-mail at a later date.
- The language of the agreement is Turkish.
- Information on how your personal data is processed is given in the Privacy Notice on the website.
13. Dispute resolution
Within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where you live or where the consumer transaction was made. Applications can also be made through the e-Devlet (e-Government) portal.
For disputes above these limits you can apply to the consumer court, provided that, under Article 73/A of Law No. 6502, you have first applied to a mediator before filing the lawsuit. Consumer lawsuits may also be filed at the consumer court where you live.
